Something inside Kunsel unknotted when he saw his friend's face, smiling and waiting for him. It really was amazing how much good it could do to know that someone cared enough to be there for you.
Though it didn't take Kunsel more than a second to put two and two together. "How'd you know?" he asked, stepping inside without hesitation. Never mind if someone was watching. He and Zax had long since stopped caring about what people might assume about them. "I barely got dumped just tonight."
